  • If you cannot find a day and time to schedule an appointment, please email your best three available options to helloEcoGreenQueen [at] gmail [dot] com

  • You can cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge with 24-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will not be refunded but may still be rescheduled.

    If you must reschedule with less than 24-hour notice, you will be given up to 2 reschedule opportunities before the appointment is considered a cancellation and non-refundable.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining cost of the service is due after the first session. Refunds are not available after completing all sessions for any service or package. For emergency situations, prorated refunds may be offered at the discretion of Dr. Hoover.

    Discounts are occasionally offered at the discretion of Dr. Hoover. If you are a Black identifying or first-generation college student, or the purchasing of a service or package would present a financial hardship, please reach out to helloecogreenqueen [at] gmail [dot] com.

  • Yes, services and packages are valid for up to a year from the original purchase date. However, it is highly recommended that clients schedule appointments no more than two months apart to maximize the benefits of the collaboration.
